Spring Training

Players will:
Build on spring skills
Begin safe tackling instruction
Strengthen core fundamentals
Learn more advanced football concepts
Fall Training + Games
(September – November)
3–4 practices per week plus games
Players will:
Prepare for game day
Study and review the playbook
Refine positional and team skills
Participate in weekend games
Games are held on Saturdays or Sundays throughout NYC during the fall season.
